1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Spectre RO website and game services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Spectre RO provides an online Ragnarok Online private server gaming experience. Our services include:
- Access to the Spectre RO game server
- Account registration and management
- In-game virtual currency ("Spectre Coins") purchase
- Customer support via our ticketing system
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts without prior approval.
- Spectre RO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Virtual Currency (Spectre Coins)
Spectre Coins are virtual currency used within the Spectre RO game. By purchasing Spectre Coins, you agree to the following:
- Spectre Coins have no real-world monetary value outside of the Spectre RO platform.
- All purchases are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through our payment provider, DOKU.
- Prices are as listed on the Buy Coins page at the time of purchase.
- Spectre Coins are non-transferable between accounts unless through authorized in-game mechanics.
- Spectre RO reserves the right to modify coin pricing with prior notice.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through DOKU payment gateway.
- You agree to provide valid payment information at the time of purchase.
- Prices displayed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable fees.
- Coins will be delivered to your selected character upon successful payment confirmation.
- Spectre RO is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers or your financial institution.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Coins that have already been used or redeemed in-game are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- To request a refund, please contact us with your account username, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
- Spectre RO reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or in cases of policy abuse.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Using hacks, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
- Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain without reporting them.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the server infrastructure.
- Selling, trading, or purchasing accounts or in-game items for real money outside of official channels.
- Engaging in fraudulent payment activities, including chargebacks without valid reason.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, and software associated with Spectre RO are the property of Spectre RO or their respective owners. Ragnarok Online is a registered trademark of Gravity Co., Ltd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Spectre RO provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our Service.
- Server maintenance and downtime may occur without prior notice for urgent fixes.
- Spectre RO's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 30 days.
10. Service Modifications
Spectre RO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. This includes changes to game mechanics, rates, items, and pricing. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Indonesia.
